The Hallway hotel was firstly build as a residency of one famous aristocratic family in Bulgaria in the late 19th century. After the World Wars, during the 1950s, the residency was destroyed and was reconstructed into a hotel from the communist party. After the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, Bulgaria was separated from the Russian communist party and this building remain as a property of this past connection. It became abandoned, because nobody bought the already ruining communist hotel.

There were many reports of random phone rings in the middle of the night with no answer. The elevetors would stop at various floors for no reason. Some guests have reported seeing a woman in white walking the halls and others have reported shadows moving along walls. This is part of the reports of the people, who live today in the surrounding of the Hallway hotel. They also claim to hear noises during the night.
